# REsimpli guides from a HubSpot partner (Sector Growth) > Plain answers for REsimpli users: the 6.0 update, pricing, cancelling, exporting data, the Open API, phone numbers, and moving to HubSpot. Published by Sector Growth, an Elite HubSpot Solutions Partner in Toronto that migrates CRM data into HubSpot. Independent: not affiliated with REsimpli. Facts about REsimpli are taken from REsimpli's own pricing page, terms, help center and developer portal, checked September 2026. User quotes are short excerpts of public posts with links. REsimpli's own notes say drip campaigns move into Automations switched off, Zapier and other integrations must be reconnected, saved filters must be rebuilt, and the mobile app is new. Leads, notes, tasks and phone numbers carry over. - [REsimpli drip campaigns stopped after 6.0? Here is how to restart them](https://resimpli.sectorgrowth.com/resimpli-drip-campaigns-off/): REsimpli's help center says drip campaigns moved into 6.0 Automations switched off. To restart one, filter your leads by Legacy Drip Campaign (pre-6.0) and the campaign they were on, then add them to the matching Automation with Bulk Actions, up to 100 records a day. Leads start again from the first step, and task cards reset. ## Pricing and contracts - [REsimpli pricing in 2026, and what changes on November 1](https://resimpli.sectorgrowth.com/resimpli-pricing/): New REsimpli plans cost $299, $899 or $2,199 a month on monthly billing, or $249, $699 or $1,799 a month billed annually, for 1, 5 or 15 users. AI agents are paid add-ons. Existing customers keep their legacy price until their first renewal on or after November 1, 2026, under REsimpli's terms, after which current public pricing applies to changes. - [How to cancel REsimpli without losing your data or your numbers](https://resimpli.sectorgrowth.com/cancel-resimpli/): Cancel REsimpli in Settings, then Billing, then Cancel Subscription, or ask support by email or chat. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and charges are not refunded once incurred. Export your data and start porting your phone numbers first, while the account is still active. ## Your data - [How to export your data from REsimpli, and what will not come out](https://resimpli.sectorgrowth.com/resimpli-export-data/): REsimpli exports leads one pipeline at a time. Open the pipeline, select all, choose Actions, then Export Selected, pick your fields, and download the file from the Export Log under All Leads. List stacking exports to CSV. Notes, texts, call logs and tasks have no export button, so they need the Open API on 6.0 or a written request. - [REsimpli Open API: what it can and cannot do](https://resimpli.sectorgrowth.com/resimpli-api/): REsimpli's Open API is included on every plan but works only on REsimpli 6.0. Each account gets one key, under Settings, then API and Webhooks, and every call shares a limit of 100 requests a minute. It reads leads, buyers, agents, vendors, call logs and appointments, and can create or delete records, but cannot update them yet and has no notes or tasks endpoints. ## Calls, texts and numbers - [How to port your phone numbers out of REsimpli](https://resimpli.sectorgrowth.com/resimpli-port-phone-numbers/): Your REsimpli numbers are provisioned through Twilio under REsimpli's own account, and REsimpli's terms say port-out follows the carrier's requirements and REsimpli's procedures. Start the port from the provider you are moving to, ask REsimpli support in writing for the account details it needs, register texting on the new side early, and keep REsimpli active until every number has moved. - [REsimpli texts not sending? Check 10DLC, daily limits and landline flags](https://resimpli.sectorgrowth.com/resimpli-texts-not-sending/): REsimpli's help center lists the usual causes. Outbound texts do not send until your A2P 10DLC registration is approved and your numbers are linked, and carrier review takes around two to four weeks. Your first message must include your 10DLC company name. Accounts are capped at about 2,500 texts a day, sent only 8 AM to 8 PM recipient time. - [REsimpli phone not ringing or showing missed calls? What to check after 6.0](https://resimpli.sectorgrowth.com/resimpli-phone-not-ringing/): REsimpli has not published a fix for this 6.0 report, so start with its documented settings. Install the new 6.0 mobile app, since the old one stopped working on September 12. Check whether the number's call flow uses Number Forward or In-App Answering, and its ring times. Clear your browser cache, then escalate to support in writing. ## Deciding what is next - [REsimpli reviews in 2026: the praise, the complaints, and what changed with 6.0](https://resimpli.sectorgrowth.com/resimpli-reviews/): REsimpli's public ratings are high, at 4.9 out of 5 from 1,013 Trustpilot reviews and 4.9 from 387 App Store ratings in September 2026. The praise centres on onboarding, fast live support and having everything in one tool. The complaints cluster around add-on pricing, the 6.0 rollout, annual contracts, support wait times, and calling and texting. - [REsimpli alternatives: where users are moving, and how to choose](https://resimpli.sectorgrowth.com/resimpli-alternatives/): REsimpli users who leave most often name GoHighLevel, a return to Podio, Left Main REI, a separate dialer such as Mojo, or a custom-built CRM, and HubSpot when they want a mainstream platform they can shape to their process. Choose by what you must keep: your history and phone numbers, your automations, and how many people work in it. - [REsimpli vs HubSpot for real estate investors](https://resimpli.sectorgrowth.com/resimpli-vs-hubspot/): REsimpli is an all-in-one tool built for investors and wholesalers, with a dialer, texting, list stacking and direct mail preset. HubSpot is a mainstream CRM platform you configure for your process, with open APIs, custom reporting and a large app marketplace. Solo wholesalers who want everything preset often stay on REsimpli; growing teams that want to own their data and integrations tend to choose HubSpot. ## Moving to HubSpot - [REsimpli to HubSpot migration: what moves, what needs a workaround, and how](https://resimpli.sectorgrowth.com/resimpli-to-hubspot-migration/): Yes, with planning. On REsimpli 6.0 the Open API reads leads, buyers, agents, vendors, call logs, appointments and files, and every pipeline exports from the Export Log. Those records become HubSpot contacts, deals and dated activity, and phone numbers can be ported. Notes, texts and recordings have no documented export yet, so we test them before we quote. - [HubSpot for real estate wholesalers: a setup that works](https://resimpli.sectorgrowth.com/hubspot-for-real-estate-wholesalers/): Yes, with setup. A workable HubSpot model uses contacts for sellers, buyers and agents, deals for acquisition and disposition pipelines, and HubSpot's listings object for properties, which has to be activated first. Calling comes with Sales Hub or Service Hub Starter and up. List stacking and skip tracing, which REsimpli bundles, come from separate tools.
