REsimpli pricing in 2026, and what changes on November 1

REsimpli moved new customers onto three “unlimited” plans when 6.0 launched in September 2026. Existing customers were left on their old prices for now, and REsimpli’s terms say when that ends. Here are the published numbers, the clause that matters, and what to check before your renewal.

When does legacy pricing end?

REsimpli’s terms are specific: “Legacy customers will retain their existing pricing until their first renewal on or after November 1, 2026.” The same clause says a switch from monthly to annual billing moves you to the then-current annual rate, upgrades are priced at then-current public pricing, and legacy pricing cannot be restored once you leave it.

REsimpli’s own statements read a little differently from the terms. Its help center says existing customers do not have to move: “Nothing changes to your current plan or pricing on September 12. You can stay on your existing plan and switch later if you choose.” Its founder told users on Reddit in September that the new pricing is for new users. The terms, effective September 17, 2026, are what decide a renewal, so ask REsimpli in writing what your account will cost at that date. If you prepaid annually and move to a new plan, REsimpli says the prepaid amount is prorated.

Why do other sites still show $149, $299 and $599?

Those are the pre-6.0 plans. REsimpli’s own “REsimpli in 2026” blog post, last updated May 8, 2026, still lists Launch at $149, Scale at $299 and Enterprise at $599 a month, and third-party reviews copied the same figures. The plans above are the ones on REsimpli’s pricing page for new customers since September 12.

What do add-ons do to the total?

The plans bundle standard calling and texting under fair use, so per-minute charges that pushed some older bills up are gone for standard use. The cost that now moves is AI: every agent is an add-on, priced per agent or as a bundle, and AI calling is metered on top. One long-time user on Reddit put their bill with every AI agent switched on at about $1,400 a month.

What should you check before your renewal?

1. Your renewal date and term. Annual charges are not refunded once incurred, and REsimpli offers no thirty-day money-back guarantee on annual plans.
2. Your price at renewal, in writing. Especially if you plan to change billing frequency or add users.
3. Your exit plan, if you have one. Exporting and porting numbers both take time, so start them well before a renewal you do not want. The cancellation guide lays out the order.
