REsimpli vs HubSpot for real estate investors
Should a real estate investor use REsimpli or HubSpot?
REsimpli is an all-in-one tool built for investors and wholesalers, with a dialer, texting, list stacking and direct mail preset. HubSpot is a mainstream CRM platform you configure for your process, with open APIs, custom reporting and a large app marketplace. Solo wholesalers who want everything preset often stay on REsimpli; growing teams that want to own their data and integrations tend to choose HubSpot.

These are different kinds of software. REsimpli bundles the investor’s whole toolkit, preset. HubSpot is a platform you shape, used across industries, that becomes an investor CRM once it is set up for your process. Neither is better in general; each is better for a certain kind of team.
| Topic | REsimpli | HubSpot |
|---|---|---|
| Built for | Investors and wholesalers, with acquisitions, dispositions, list stacking, direct mail and a dialer in one tool | Every industry. Pipelines, properties and automations are configured to your process |
| Getting data out | Leads export per pipeline. Notes, texts and tasks have no export. Thirty days to request an export after cancelling | Records export from the app, and records and activity are reachable through the API at any time |
| API and integrations | Open API since 6.0: read, create and delete, no updates yet, 100 requests a minute, one webhook on smaller plans | Documented APIs for records and activity, webhooks, and a large app marketplace |
| Reporting | Built-in dashboards that cannot be printed, shared or exported | Custom reports and dashboards you build and share, with the custom report builder on Professional editions |
| Pipelines | Up to 20 pipelines of up to 20 stages, with New Lead and Under Contract fixed | Pipelines and stages you define, with limits by edition |
| Calling and texting | Dialer and texting built in, unlimited standard use under fair use, numbers on REsimpli’s carrier account | Calling from Sales or Service Hub Starter, or a connected dialer; marketing SMS with Marketing Hub Professional and an add-on, one-to-one texting through connected apps |
| Pricing model | Three plans with users included; AI agents and bundles as add-ons | Per hub and per seat by edition |
| Support | Live chat and account reps | HubSpot support on paid editions, plus a partner who knows your data |
When is REsimpli the better fit?
When one person or a small team wants everything preset and in one place. List stacking, skip tracing credits, direct mail, a triple-line dialer and investor-specific statuses all arrive ready, and many users are happy with exactly that. If REsimpli is working for you after 6.0 and the pricing works at your renewal, there is little reason to move.
When is HubSpot the better fit?
When the business is outgrowing a closed tool. The pattern we see is teams that want to own their data and phone numbers, connect other systems, build reporting owners can actually use, or run more than wholesaling, such as brokerage, rentals, lending or raising capital, in one CRM. HubSpot’s open APIs and marketplace make those connections routine, and it does not cap how far the setup can go.
What does a wholesaler’s HubSpot look like?
A seller is a contact, and each property is a deal in an acquisitions pipeline whose stages mirror the statuses you use today, with dead-lead reasons kept for reporting. Buyers are contacts with their criteria as properties, feeding dispositions. Notes, calls, texts and tasks sit on the timeline of both. Workflows handle assignment and follow-up, and a dialer app handles power dialing. The full model, with example pipelines, is in HubSpot for real estate wholesalers, and moving a REsimpli account into it is what the migration page describes.
What users say about each
HubSpot if they want something cleaner and more traditional, though it's not as wholesaling-specific
As owners, we could not get a usable snapshot of team activity; we resorted to Slack for basic coordination.
Too many restrictions and rules. Too many steps to just do 1 thing. Its insane. You're supposed to make my life easier, not more difficult.
I use REsimpli and think it's well worth the money
More questions
Is HubSpot cheaper than REsimpli?
It depends on the editions and seats you need. HubSpot prices per hub and per seat by edition. Calling starts at Starter, while workflows and the custom report builder need a Professional edition, so price the setup your team would actually run against REsimpli's plan and add-ons.
Does HubSpot have a dialer like REsimpli?
HubSpot has calling built in with Sales Hub or Service Hub Starter and up, logged to the contact record. Multi-line power dialing like REsimpli's triple-line dialer comes from dialer apps that connect to HubSpot rather than from HubSpot itself.
Can HubSpot do list stacking and skip tracing?
Not natively. Most teams keep list stacking and skip tracing in a data tool built for it and bring qualified leads into HubSpot, where the follow-up, pipeline and reporting live.
Does HubSpot work for wholesalers?
Yes, once it is set up for the job, with seller contacts, a deal per property, pipelines for acquisitions and dispositions, buyers with their criteria, and workflows for follow-up. It will not arrive preset the way REsimpli does.
Can I move my REsimpli data into HubSpot?
Yes. Sellers, buyers, leads and deals map to HubSpot contacts, companies and deals, and notes, calls, texts, emails, tasks and appointments land on the timeline with their original dates and owners, where REsimpli offers a route out for them.
Weighing a move to HubSpot?
Everything REsimpli’s API and exports reach, reconciled record by record, with your team working in REsimpli until the day you switch. We test the history before we quote.
