REsimpli alternatives: where users are moving, and how to choose

An independent guide by Prash Prabagaran and Sean Katz at Sector Growth, a HubSpot partner. Not affiliated with REsimpli. Updated .

What are the alternatives to REsimpli?

REsimpli users who leave most often name GoHighLevel, a return to Podio, Left Main REI, a separate dialer such as Mojo, or a custom-built CRM, and HubSpot when they want a mainstream platform they can shape to their process. Choose by what you must keep: your history and phone numbers, your automations, and how many people work in it.

There is no single REsimpli replacement, because people leave for different reasons. Some want a smaller bill, some want more control, some want calling that works, and some want a CRM their whole team can grow into. This is where users say they went, in their own words, and a way to choose.

From public posts by users who left or were leaving REsimpli, 2025 and 2026. Some recommenders in these threads sell setups for the tool they recommend, so weigh first-hand stories above pitches.

How do you choose a REsimpli alternative?

Start from the reason you are leaving, then check the tool against it.

What should you settle before choosing?

Four things decide how painful the move is, whichever tool you pick:

  1. Your history. Leads export easily; notes, calls, texts and tasks do not. Know the route for each before you commit. See exporting your data.
  2. Your phone numbers. They sit on REsimpli’s carrier account. See porting your numbers.
  3. Your automations. 6.0 already turned drip campaigns off, so list what you actually run and rebuild only that.
  4. Your renewal date. Legacy pricing ends at your first renewal on or after November 1, 2026, and annual charges are not refunded. See REsimpli pricing.

Where does HubSpot fit, and where does it not?

HubSpot is not built for wholesaling, and we would not pretend otherwise. It arrives without investor presets, so pipelines, property fields and automations are designed around your process. What it gives in return is room: an open, documented API, reporting you can build yourself, a large app marketplace for dialers, e-signature and direct mail, and a platform your team will not outgrow. For teams that are growing, or that were burned by a closed system, that trade usually wins. The side-by-side comparison goes topic by topic, and HubSpot for real estate wholesalers shows the setup.

More questions

What is the best alternative to REsimpli?

It depends on what you are leaving for. Users who wanted a lower bill and marketing tools name GoHighLevel, those who wanted flexibility went back to Podio or built their own, and those who want a mainstream CRM their team can grow in look at HubSpot.

Is GoHighLevel better than REsimpli?

Some REsimpli users moved to GoHighLevel and cite a lower price for more. It is a general CRM and marketing platform, so how well it fits investing depends on how it is set up. Some of its recommenders in forum threads also sell setups for it, so weigh first-hand stories above pitches.

Can I move from REsimpli to HubSpot with my history?

Yes, with planning. Leads, contacts and deals move cleanly, and notes, calls and texts come across as timeline activity once you find the route out of REsimpli for each one. The migration page shows how.

Is HubSpot good for real estate investors?

It is a mainstream CRM rather than an investor tool, so pipelines, properties and automations are set up for your process instead of arriving preset. Teams choose it for open integrations, reporting and room to grow, and a user on Reddit called it cleaner and more traditional, though less wholesaling-specific.

What should I do before switching from REsimpli?

Find your renewal date, export every pipeline, test how you will get notes, calls and texts out, and start porting any phone numbers you want to keep. Cancel last.

Weighing a move to HubSpot?

Everything REsimpli’s API and exports reach, reconciled record by record, with your team working in REsimpli until the day you switch. We test the history before we quote.
